We want you to love your Kumpito soaps, If there’s an issue, we’re here to help.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 14 days.
Unopened products can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Since our soaps are handmade and personal care items, we can’t accept returns on used or opened products.
Custom and sale items are final sale.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding shipping costs).
